Self-practice
During scheduled open sessions, come and use the training areas for self-practice. We have a range of weights and equipment to suit any style of training, and our parkour facilities are also available for use. Our resident trainers will be on site to help you throughout your session.
Open sessions are a great opportunity to see and use the space.
Kids Classes
Small group classes or private sessions that are as fun as they are challenging. These sessions are specially designed outdoors and have helped improve children’s mobility, cognitive development and athleticism.
These are after-school sessions on weekdays, or throughout the day on weekends. The classes range from Ninja Warrior, Agility and Judo, to Hip Hop Dance, Boxing and more!
Kid’s sessions are suitable for children from 4 years to 16 years.
