Revive after your workout in our Zen Zone. The luxury sauna and steam rooms flow through to a peaceful and alfresco meditation garden for rest and reflection on our zero-gravity beds.
Steam & Sauna
Separate luxury steam and sauna areas for men and women. The steam room will help with overall detoxification of the body, whereas the sauna is better for muscle relaxation and lowering blood pressure.
