The Dojo ritual is made to enhance your experience with a perfect combination of indulgences.

To begin with, a 15-minute steam sauna session to relax the muscles, followed by a light body brush to remove dead layers and impurities that stimulates and exfoliates. You will then have a full-body scrub mud mask, followed by a rebalancing massage. The ritual finishes with some relaxing quiet time and herbal tea in the Zen zone.

Our specially customised balm has been combined with powerful essential oils of white camphor, menthol and eucalyptus to provide an extra cooling and intense therapy. It is best suited after you workout. The massage concentrates more on the sore areas and the therapy is enhanced by applying a hot towel or hot water bottle to relax the muscles.
